I watch things just to be sure I see something for myself and don’t take another’s word about something but I would really appreciate how anyone can condone this garbage.
I call it garbage because that’s what it is. You have every right to protest, every right to voice your opinion but somewhere along the line people confused voicing that opinion with advocating violence (akin to shouting fire in a crowded theater). There’s an old saw about you don’t respect the man you respect the office.
If you’re good with the little snippet above by Dogg boy, just imagine if we took everything in it and reversed it. Case in point, take every white face and make it a black face, take the Trump standup and put in Barack Obama and if you’re still good with that I can’t say anything because I think you’re likely an imbecile.
When Madonna says things along the lines of ‘blowing up the White House’ and Dogg boy makes his little movie it encourages more idiots out there to think they might actually be justified in doing something incredibly stupid.
I can hardly think of myself as this doddering fogey especially if you read the post I made about Frank Zappa and the government. I don’t believe we should give undying fealty to our government EVER but there is a huge difference between what is acceptable and what isn’t and this crosses a big line.
It’s wildly racist and incredibly immature but then it could well be that that is the audience it is trying to reach. The question is whether there will be the kind of significant outcry against it as there would be under other circumstances.
Unless we live under a double standard and then you know these things have a way of backfiring on people when they least expect it.
